WBWL EP31: 3 Important Things to Track for Better Health and Fitness
“What can’t be measured can’t be managed”.
I say this quote often to my clients because it’s true.
You wouldn’t be able to keep a roof over your head if you didn’t (to some degree) track your finances.
In the same fashion, we should track certain aspects of our health and fitness to elevate our health and fitness.
What I go through are 3 important things I feel are non-negotiable to track daily.
Note: #3 on the list is DEFINITELY something you’re likely not tracking but has a pivotal role in your overall wellbeing and how you feel energy-wise and pain-wise through the day.
