Since we need to spend time to get rid of our pain, exercise more, we need to have a better footing or control of our time.

I say this to my clients is that time spent in pain is time spent away from things you truly want to do.

So rather than delay things and wait for pain to worsen --i.e only uses more time in your life..

It's better to learn these strategies and create more time to incorporate pain relief strategies.
