WBWL EP19: Why you shouldn’t use motivation to exercise
Is motivation a good thing to get you to exercise?
I think it’s not the most useful tool and there are plenty better ways to exercise consistently without being motivated.
I talk to my clients about this all the time because it’s often an issue for those that absolutely need a “kick in the butt”, a “push in the right direction”, but 100% of them always end up inconsistent with their exercise routines.
In this episode, I highlight 3 strategies that I feel are much more effective long-term for consistent exercise.
