WBWL EP10: 12 Days Of Christmas: Pain Free By 2023

In this episode, I give you 12 days of tasks that will help you be Pain Free by 2023.
If you’re watching this December 21st, 2023, you’ll have exactly 12 days before the start of 2023 to get a glimpse of pain freedom. If you’re watching later, totally cool!

You can start these 12 days of tasks to work on your mental, spiritual and physical health and start making real progress if you struggle with chronic pain.

Day 1.     Do something good for one person without expecting anything in return
Day 2.     Walk 30-60 minutes outdoors

Day 4.     Undistracted Breathing, 10-12 repetitions.
Day 5.     Exercises For Neck Back (Go to www.flexwithdoctorjay.com/ebook for a free gift of 5 exercises that can relieve neck and back pain while sitting at your desk.)
Day 6.     Get minimum 7 hours of sleep today
Day 7.     Eat more protein. Recommended 0.8-1.2 grams per pound of body weight.

Day 8.     Drink half your body weight in ounces of water
Day 9.     Tell yourself that "age is relative to how you feel". Mindset matters; listen in for why this one is so important.
Day 10. Be in tune with your 5 senses to enhance your quality of life and create more memories.
Day 11. Strength Train (Sample workout you can do: body weight pushups, 3 sets of 10, plank, 3 sets of 30-60 seconds, squat, 3 sets of 10-12, and bridges 3 sets of 10-12. Listen to podccast for cues.
Day 12. Love and be loved... This one strikes a chord, and it might be one of the most important ones of all.
